Welcome to My Sanctuary Boutique's Returns page. Below is our policy as well as our most asked questions related to returns and exchanges.

Returns
What is your Return Policy?
We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.
* Returns are for store credit or exchange only!
* Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
* All returns/exchanges must be done within 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
* Items must be unwashed, unworn or unused, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final Sale items
- Personal care goods (including shower bursts).
- Candles
- Jewelry
* Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact mysanctuaryboutique@gmail.com for assistance.
How Do I return my merchandise?
* Please follow our easy steps for a hassel-free return.
1. Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
To start a return, you can contact us at mysanctuaryboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice included.
When will my return be processed?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of our receiving them. We will send a confirmation email when your store credit is available.
Exchanges
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes! We provide two options for size exchanges.
1. Our inventory moves quickly, we recommend purchasing the new size now. Return the original size to us within 14 days of ordering for a refund.
2. Return the unwanted size to us, note the exchange on your invoice, and we'll ship the new one. A store credit will be issued if the item is sold out.
How do I exchange my purchase for a completely different item?
If you'd like to exchange your purchase for an entirely different item, please send your item(s) back to us. We will then issue store credit to you, making it easy to purchase your desired item.
